1. Fried Food

The dangers of fried food have been known for quite some time. The issue stems from the oily nature of the food combined with the over-processing that tends to lead to health issues. In particular, frying meats should be avoided by those suffering from arthritis, and frozen foods like what consumers get from standard fast food restaurants is the number one culprit. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables instead.

2. Processed Sugars
